The Waimea, which is to sail for Nelson at five o'clock this evening, will take cargo for Nelson, Golden Bay ports and Westport, The Pukeko is due from Portland thM evening and she is to sail for East Coast bays, Gisborne and Napier to-morrow afternoon. The Pakura arrived from East Coast bays on Saturday evening and after loading her cargo of sheep at Orakei she sailed for Tokomaru Bay two hours later. THE CANADIAN SCOTTISH Reported to have reached New York o:i Saturday, the Canadian Scottish is en. route from Wellington to Boston and Halifax. THE CANADIAN VICTOR The Canadian Victor is reported to have reached Balboa on Thursday, en route frora Auckland to New York, Boston and Halifax. THE KIWITEA 'ftie Kiwitea was expected to leave Sydney for Melbourne on Saturday to complete loading for Auckland and Greymouth. THE DORIC STAR The Doric Star is due from Napier lit noon to-day to complete loading. The vesssl will berth at Queen's Wharf and she s scheduled to sail for London, via Panama, en Thursday. OAKBANK DELAYED IN DOCK The Oakbank was to have come out of dock yesterday afternoon and sailed fur Nauru Island. Owing to the stormy conditions prevailing the undocking of the vessel was postponed until to-day. CARGO FROM JAPAN The Manju Maru left Wellington on Saturday and is expected this afternoon. Aftur discharging and loading at King s Wharf she is to sail for Japan to-morrow. H.M.9. LEITH IN PORT After carrying out gunner? exercises in the Hauraki Gulf H.M.S.. Leithie turned to port on Saturday morning and berthtd in the afternoon at Devonport. She is o sail to-morrow morning for Hokiang:a aid thence on a cruise to Southern ports. NIAGARA DUE 9.30 A.M. The Royal Mail Uner Niagara is due from Sydney at 9 30 o'clock this morning. The vessel will berth at princes Wharf and she is scheduled to resume her voyage to Suva, Honolulu and Vancouver at 11 o'clock to-morrow morning. UNDEN FROM SWEDEN AND AFRICA Spedding, Limited; have received advice that the Swedish steamer Unden left Gothenburg on December 9 for South Africa, Australia, Wellington and Auckiar.d. btie is expected at Auckland early in March, AORANGI FROM VANCOUVER The Royal Mail liner Aorangi left Vanconver at noon on Wednesday for AucKland, via Honolulu and Suva. The ™ssel is scheduled to arrive here on Suncky ary 16. and to sail for Sydney at midnigat on February 17. THE CAPE YORK Under charter to the Union Company the Cape York, from Pacific Coast ports, cleared Los Angeles on January 25 for Apia, Auckland, Wellington. New Plymouth, Lyttelton. Dunedin.. Melbourne and Sydney, the is due at Apia about February 14 and at Auckland about February 23. tamaroa arrived After being delayed 24 hours off, Cuvier Island, by the severe storm during the week-end, the Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Tamaroa arrived .from London at nn early hour this morning. She will beith about 8 a.m. at Princes Wharf to land passengers and mail for New Zealand ana cargo for Auckland. The remainder of the cargo ia for Wellington and Bluu. TANKER SOUTH AFRICA The Norwegian motor-tanker South Afr ca is due from San Pedro at daybreak to-day. her arrival having been delayed by 'he stormy weather during the week-end. Jhe vessel will unload bulk petrol for Jhe Texas Oil Company at Western i "Jj 3 ,, and she will complete discharge at Wellington. OOASTAL VESSELS DELAYED The continuous wej weather on Saturday prevented cargo work being done on vessels in port. In consequence the departures of a number of coastal vessels were postponed until to-day. The Coronation is now to sail for Whangarei at 4 p.m the lin for Awanui, and the Claymore for AMinn;arei at 5 p.m., and the laniwha for Paeroa at 6 p.m. MISHAP TO RANGATIRA When arriving at Wellington from Lyttelton yesterday morning during heavy ruin and wind, the Union Company's steamer Rangatira struck some submerged object at the Heads. Sho afterwards berthed al 9 a.m.. the passengers being all right. Mio will be replaced by the Maori, which will leave Wellington for Lyttelton to-night.
