HOTEL DESTROYED
DRAMATIC FIRE SCENES SEVERAL NARROW ESCAPES (Received February 2, 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 2 A fire in the Central Avfetralian Hotel at Bourke to-day destroyed the entirei premises and contents, causing damage estimated at £16,000. Numbers of guests and employees had narrow escapes from being trapped. One woman was rescued from a balcony by means of a ladder which had to be rushed from the post office, 200 yds. away. J
