WELLINGTON MAN'S DEATH CONCLUSION OF INQUEST [BY TELECRAPU —PRKSS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Saturday A verdict that John Pereival Shipton, aged 51, died in the Wellington Hospital on January 21 from coneussipn and hemorrhage of the brain as the result of being knocked down by a falling case in the Wellington Winter Show Building, was returned by the coroner, Mr. E. Gilbertson, at the adjourned inquest concluded to-day. The coroner said he had no doubt that the accident had been caused by defective timber in the case causing the hooks with which the case was being lifted to tear away. Tie was quite satisfied that the lift was made in a thoroughly reliable way and with well proven appliances.
