INTEREST IN DUNEDIN PRELIMINARY PREPARATIONS [BX TELEGRAPH—PHESS ASSOCIATION] DUNEDIN, Friday The share which Dunedin will take in tho celebration of the centenary of New Zealand in 1940 will be discussed at a meeting next Thursday" The Mayor, the Rev. E. T. Cox, said to-day he had decided to call a meeting of those interested, and special invitations would be extended to representatives of local bodies. It was proposed to have an informal discussion on the subject of the celebrations to be held in Dunedin and also regarding the co-operation which should be extended to Wellington in holding: an exhibition there.
