SALVAGED AIR MAIL
CITY OF KHARTOUM CRASH SYDNEY. Jan. 13 Two thousand of tho 5000 air mail letters and packets salvaged from tho City of Khartoum, which crashed iu the sea at Alexandria, were enclosed in special envelopes and wrappers and readdressed at Sydney General Post Office. Of these about 1500 were delivered in Sydney. The rest were despatched to.various parts of the State, and the Monowai carried the portion for New Zealand.
