GUARANTEED PRICES
Sir, —Growers of stone fruits are wondering whether it Is the intention of the Government to include them in its scheme for guaranteed prices. Apple growers have received the benefit of guaranteed prices, in respect of exported fruit, for some years past and many of them have only been able to carry on through the guarantee. The stone fruit grower, whose position is most precarious, needs this assistance far more than the comparatively wealthy dairy farmer and wool grower. Small Fruitgrower.
