THE SHOW BOAT

There was a large attendance of enthusiastic dancers at the Show Boat, Auckland's new floating cabaret, on Saturday evening. Excellent music, including several new numbers, was provided by the Show Boat Band, while novelty dances by Miss Emmet and Mr. Cargen and items by Mr. F. Murray, of the> "White Horse Inn" Company, added to the evening's enjoyment. Among those present were:—Mrs. M. H. McLennan, who wore Marina blue and navy crepe; Mrs. J. Waters, ivory romaine; Mrs. J. Steer, ivory ruched tulle; Miss Myrtle Morey, green and silver lame tunic frock; Miss Mavis Niccolls, rose pink crepe de chine; Miss Gwenth MacNaughtan, black georgette; Miss N. McCullough, ciel blue crepe; Miss Romola Hansen, ciel blue and navy taffeta; Miss L. Waller, cherry satin; Miss F. Seabrook, black striped satin; Miss Elsie Tattley, ivory crepe; Miss R. Sussex, lime checked tatleta; Miss Mary Pilkington, black chiffon velvet; Miss R. Kennedy, ivory striped satin; Miss Le Cren (Timaru), black taffeta; Miss Trixie Lamb, ivory satin; Miss M. Young, green floral georgette; Miss M. Williams ( Wellington), black lace and tulle; Miss P. Young, cameo pink satin; Miss A. Cocks, pastel pink romaine;- Miss A. Firth, black ring velvet; Miss Myrtle Connor, floral crepe; Miss Gladwyn TYynyard, floral crinkle crepe; Miss Dallas Hank-> Smith, moss green satin; Miss Rita Franklin, Marina blue floral crepe; Miss Una Callaghan, lobelia blue floral georgette; Miss Marie Conan, flame taffeta; Miss Miriam Lester, black crepe and gold sequins; Miss Emmet, shaded flame tulle; Miss V.
