NOVEMBER 18 DEFINITE DECISION OF COMMITTEE British Wireless RUGE'Y, Nov. 7 The Committee of Eighteen, which is the executive of the Sanctions Coordination Committee of oO League States, at Geneva last night finally decided that economic sanctions against Italy shall come into operation on November 18. The committee also adopted a resolution on transit suggesting that member States as regards the export of prohibited products should tako such measures as are necessary to verify the destination of those products.
