WALKER AND DUALA A wrestling match which should arouse keen interest in Auckland is that arranged by the Dominion Sporting Club to take place between George Walker and "Tiger" Duala at the Town Hall this evening, Duala has u fine Tecord of bouts overseas and is expected to offer stout resistance to Walker. The latter, though absent from the ring for some time, hus proved by his matches in the South that ho is in good form still. A keen eontest with a close decision is anticipated McCREADV AND BLOMFIELD A splendid wrestling contest should be witnessed at the Town Hall on Monday evening when "Lofty" Blomfirld, the New Zcalandt'V, will meet Earl McCready under the control of the Auckland Wrestling Association. Two of tho finest, mutmen at present competing in the Dominion, they should provide a spectacular exhibition, Blomfield has shown gi-ent improvement this season, as evidenced in his bouts with McCready earlier in the season, and he should prove a match for the powerful Cnnadinn wrestler. One of the finest wrestlers to visit the Dominion, McCrendy has been exceptionally consistent in his performances, and has not yet conceded a fall. He has a wide knowledge of the holds which, combined with his speed, should make him a hard proposition for Blomfield. The following amateur preliminaries have been nrrnngrd •—H". Friday Arrangements have been made by the Waikato Wrestling .Association for a match between Lofty Blomfield and Ole Andresen to take place in the Theatre Royal, Hamilton, next Wednesday night. As a result of his previous bouts in Hamilton, Blomfield has a large following, snd local patrons ore -f looking forward to his return. It it expected that the match will provide scientific and strenuoui wrestling.
