DEATH IN SLEEP
PART-OWNER OF MARABOU MELBOURNE CUP WINNER November 7, 5.5 n.m.) MELBOURNE, Nov. 7 Air. Joseph Foil, part-owner of Marabou, died in his sleep early this morning. Although ho was ill he attended the races at Flemington on Tuesday, and from his car in front of the stand was able to see Marabou win the Cup. Mr. Fell was a member of the committee of tho Willinmstown Racing Club, and the Victoria Amateur Turf Club. He also raced Henaro, Ashview, Cables, Free Wheel, Farndalo, Royal Messenger and Dominant.
