INCREASED NOTE ISSUE DEPOSIT LEVELS FALL MINOR CHANGES IN ASSETS [BY TELFCItAPn —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Thursday The Reserve Bank return for the week ended November 4 was gazetted to-night The statement is balanced at £21,402,943, or £19,212 less than at the close of the previous week. The note issue is higher by £106,110 than it was a week before. Government deposits have fallen by £119,317, while those of the trading banks are £20,083 less. Other demand liabilities have risen £15,239. Sterling exchange is £5882 less than in the previous return and subsidiary coin has decreased by exactly tho same figure. Tho investment item has increased by £5863, while other assets are £13,311 smaller. Tho statement, with variations, compared with the week before, is as follows: —
