GERMANY AND LEAGUE ANGLO-FRENCH EFFORTS LONDON, Nov. 5 The Manchester Guardian's Paris correspondent says the impression persists that Britain and France are endeavourins: to reintroduce Germany to the League. Important delegates at Geneva tentatively discussed the question last week. , M. Laval is considering a threePower agreement between Britain, Franco and Germany, the inclusion of •Italy, which he would prefer, being impossible at the moment.
