WALKER TO MEET DUALA One of the best wrestling attractions of the season will bo presented at the* Town Hall on Saturday evening, when George Walker will meet the famous Indian wrestler - "Tiger" Duala. A big house greeted Walker for his first Auckland match of the eeason. a fortnight ago and on Saturday they will . have the opportunity of seeing him in action against a worthy fo'eman, who has established himself as one of the best India has produced in recent years. Duala has defeated leading wrestlers in different parts of the world, and, following a highly' sue- : cessful tour in Australia, be has come to meet the New Zealand champion. Those who have seen Duala in action in the South are. of the opinion that there is not a WTeetler 1 in New Zealand who can defeat him. The match should provide a test for Walker in the city where he has defeated so many overseas wr eat line stars in the past few years. BLOMFIELD AND McCREADY " v A contest that promises to be one of th« •• most exciting witnessed in Auckland should, be provided next Monday in the Town Hall. Earl McCready, tho Canadian heavy-weieht. who is undoubtedly one of the cleverest of wrestlers, will meet the popular Auck- » lander, Lofty Blom field. McCready and-' Blomfield drew in Dunedin last Monday in a contest in which neither secured a fall, and the return meeting should create con- " siderable interest for wrestling followers "in view of the fact that many at the previous •, bout considered that the Aucklander was entitled to the decision. McfCready has not had a fall registered against him in New Zealand, a really remarkable record. Blom- I field is anxious to be the first to perform this feat.
