MISCHIEF ALLEGED
A charge of wilfully destroying at Hamilton, on September 20, a motor- | car valued at' £145, the property of John Booth Parkinson, thereby committing mischief, was preferred against George Justin Walker, aged 22, Mechanic (Mr. Stubbs), before Mr. F. Hunt, S.M., in the Police Court • yesterday. Accused was remanded to ii®PPear at Hamilton on Monday. Bail ®f £25 was allowed.
