REFORM MEASURES URGED [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION'] WELLINGTON, Thursday The executive of the Now Zealand Licensing Reform Association elected Archdeacon W. Bullock, of Wairarapa, president, in succession to the late Rev. P. T. Williams.
