THE MAREO CASE
ADJOURNMENT MOTION A motion to have the case of Eric Marco, musician, aged 44, who is awaiting trial on a charge of murdering his wife, Thelma Clarice Mareo, postponed until the criminal sessions boginning on February 4, was filed in the Supreme Court last Thursday, aud was to have been heard yesterday morning. In tho absence of Mr. Justice Fair in Wellington, however, the hearing of the motion was postponed until Friday morning, when it is expected that His Honor will have returned to Auckland.
