AUSTRALIAN'S SCHEME CANBERRA, Sept, 27 In the Senate yesterday Mr. C. L. Abbott guvc notice of his intention to move for a world convention for the adoption of a common language among the nations, to be compulsorily taught in public and private schools, with the aim of breaking down international barriers.
