PROGRAMME FOR TO-DAY TRACK LIKELY TO BE FAST REVIEW OF THE PROSPECTS The Geraldine Racint; Club T s Sprinp; Meeting opens at o»*ari to-day. Tolegraphing last evening, the Herald's Canterbury correspondent stated that the track was likely to be fast. Tho following horses were likely to bo well supported:— Hrst Hurdles.—Trishna, Sunward. Silver Sight has been rehandicapped 51b in the Geraldine Cup, making his weight 8 13 There is every probability that Wino will start in the cup in preference to his other engagement, the Belfield Handicap. Du Barry, of whom nothing like the best has yet been seen, is a case in point. Mr. Donald's fillies this year are from the young imported mares Irish Lyric.
