ANNUAL FAIR

SUNSHINE ASSOCIATION The annual fair of the Community Sunshine Association was opened .yes-, terdav afternoon by the Mayoress, Mrs. Ernest Davis, at the Seddon Memorial Technical College. Proceeds of tho fair, which will conclude this evening, will be added to the fund for sending delicate and under-nourished children to the health camp at Motuihi Island during the season commencing in December. There was a good attendance when tho fair was opened. Mrs. Davis spoke of the good work done by the association' in caring for delicate children, and made an appeal to those present to buy as freely as possible. The fair is being held in a largo room at the college, and there are stalls for the sale of miscellaneous goods and produce. Special attractions to-day will bo exhibitions of dancing by pupils of Madame Valeska, and items by the Mount Eden Boys' Band.
