NEWS FROM ROTORUA
Mrs. W. H. Speer, of Waiuku, who lias been spending a holiday at Park View, has returned home. Mrs. A. J. Macdermott, who has been spending the winter months in Auckland, has returned to her home in Carnot Street. Miss B. Evans, of New Plymouth, is visiting her sister, Mrs. H. Bertram, of Glenholm, Rotorua. Mrs. L. Oolson, of Rotorua, is spending a holiday in Auckland. Mrs. W. Henderson, Pukuatua Street, sailed Jast week for Sydney, where she intends spending a holiday with her daughter. Mrs. Malcolm Carr and family, of Omania, have returned after spending a week at the Mount, Tauranga. Miss J. Walford, Sophia Street, has returned from a brief visit to Wellington. Miss Margaret Clayton-Green, of Hamilton, has returned after spending a week with Miss Jean Pearce, Fenton Street. Mrs. M. Lavington, of Hamilton, spent the week-end in Rotorua. Miss M. Laycock, of the Melbourne office of tho New Zealand Tourist Department, is spending a holiday in Rotorua. Mrs. R. Fenton, of Uganda, Africa, is spending a holiday in Rotorua and is staying at Princes Gate. Miss G. Grey, of Wellington, is paying a brief visit to Rotorua and is staying at The Denbies.
