For the Inst Cve years Keating has been captain-coach of Richmond Club, Melbourne. He is 4d all-round player, being an abje batsman nnd leJt-hand bowler. He has represented Victoria, and in a Sheffield Shield match against New South Wales scored 156. The Wellington Cricket Association has decided to alter the rules to permit starting senior matches at 1.45 p.m., instead of two o'clock, and continuing until 6.45 p.m.. instead of half-past sis. It was also resolved to iubstitute ten points for an outright win in place of eight points, the idea of the alteration being to make for brighter cricket.
