PRESENTATIONS IN NELSON [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] NELSON, Wednesday A largely-attended gathering of citizens was held last evening in honour of Mr. W. J. Moffatt, who retired th's year from the Mayoralty of Nelson after eight years' service in that capacity. Ho was presented with an illuminated address and a bound autograph book containing the signatures ov citizens. Two armchairs were also presented to Mr. Moffatt. High tributes were paid to the ex-Mayor's services.
