CHARGE OF INTOXICATION SEQUEL TO COLLISION [by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] CFIRISTCHURCH, Tuesday A charge of being intoxicated while in charge of a motor-car was admitted by Robert Ernest Olin, aged 23, in the Police Court to-day. It was stated that early yesterday morning accused ran into a cyclist, who was taken to hospital suffering from concussion. The magistrate, Mr. E. C. Levvey, fined accused -£2O, cancelled his driver's licence, and prohibited him from securing another licence for 12 months.
