SEQUEL IN INDIA SIMLA, Aug. 29 Twentv-tlireo men of the Ist Battalion of the King's Liverpool Regiment have been handed over to the civil authorities for trial on charges of murder and rioting near Jubbulpore in July. The disturbance arose out of an attack by villagers of Ivarodi on a soldier of the battalion who had frightened some women. His comrades, armed with sticks, raided an adjoining village, .believing it to be Karodi. They injured ' 13 villagers, one of whom died.
