Friday The two men who were arrested yesterday afternoon in the grounds of Parliament Buildings just after the inspection of the guard were charged to-day before Mr. E. T). Mosley, S.M., with behaving in a disorderly manner. The accused were William O'Reilly, aged 33, and Alexander Braid Blanco, aged 31, both labourers. They were remanded at their own request until September 6, bail being allowed in each case.
