CAUGHT IN MACHINE
YOUTH'S HAND CRUSHED PRISONER FOR HALF AN HOUR [BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION] NEW PLYMOUTH, Friday With his hand severely crushed in a metal-stamping machine with a pressure of 12 tons, Albert Bullot, aged 18, was to-day held prisoner for half an hour while his workmates partially dismantled the machine to release him. His hand was so crushed that two fingers had to be amputated.
