ATTRACTION AT REGENT A most entertaining and suitable programme for children is being presented at the matinee sessions at the Regent Theatre. " The Nigger Minstrels " is the main attraction, but in addition there is a selection of excellent films. The choir of 40 " niggers " renders some delightful songs in a quaint and attractive manner, which cannot fail to entertain both young and old. Numerous old-time choruses are revived and there is a wealth of melody. With effective costuming and spectacular staging, the performance goes with a fine swing, and judging by the warm applause which greeted Saturday's presentation the programme will maintain its popularity,
