UNEMPLOYED MARCHERS
MEN IN SOUTH AFRICA CAPETOWN. July 21 The Prime Minister, General Hertzog, told the Rand hunger-marohers to-day, that they would never get 10s a day on relief works, and advised them to return to their homes. Tho leader said that many of tho marchers had fought for him in 1914, and alleged that now he had failed in his duty toward them.
