DANUBIAN PACT
DEFINITE PROPOSALS FRANCO-ITALIAN DRAFT (Received July 28, 5.5 p.m.) ROME. July 27 The Italian and French Governments have uubmitted to Austria. Huneary and the Little Entente States definite proposals for a Danuhian Pact. These includu an affirmation of Austrian independence and an affirmation of noninterference in each other's internal affairs. Also they provide for consultations in the event of any signatory breaking the pact. The proposed terms will be communicated to Britain, Poland and Germany.
