SUNSHINE BALL

The Sunshine Ball, under the presidency of the Mayoress, Mrs. Ernest Davis, which will be held in the Town Hall on Wednesday, August 7, promises to be an outstanding ftnmem. The <tommittee, thinking only of the cause for which this ball is being organised, that of the sick and delicate children of Auckland, is working ..with great enthusiasm to see that nothing is left undone. It ia hoped that as a.resnlt of the hall an increased number of children will benefit by means of a holiday at the Community Sunshine Association's health camp at Motuihi. An attractive programme is being arranged by Mrs. Hugh Fenton. One of the outstanding features will be the natinrtal danoe at Yugoslavia.
