DEATH OF A TRAINER
MR. T. H. PARKINSON [by telegraph—OWN correspondent] OPOTIKI. Thursday The death of Mr. Thomas Henry Parkinson, of Opotiki, occurred at Whakatane last night. He had been in ill-health for several weeks; Mr. Parkinson, who was bom in Victoria 52 years ago, came to New Zealand with his parents when a child. He became a trainer of racehorses njjd for a number of years he Was trainer for Mr. R.
