PROPOSED DOMINION VISIT [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] DUNEDIN, Thursday Sir Benjamin Fuller, -who is visiting Dunedin. states that Mr. W. J. Douglas. one of the directors of Sir Benjamin's firm, is in Russia at present. Mr. Douglas is negotiating with the Soviet for a subsidy for a Russian opera company to tour Australia and NewZealand under the firm's direction.
