BURGLARY AT WAITOTARA

SUSPECTS BEFORE COURT ARREST AT NEW PLYMOUTH [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION*] NEW PLYMOUTH, Thursday The arrest of two young men suspected of complicity in the Waitotara burglary, a few hours after their arrival at New Plymouth, nnd the recovery of a converted car in which they are alleged to have arrived here, were made by the police yesterday. William Kenneth Mailman, aged 21, a labourer, of Auckland, and Earl Dodds, alias Earl Frederick Edward O'Neill, aged 19, labourer, of Palmerston North, were charged to-day with converting to their use on Tuesday a car valued at £225, belonging to Mrs. 11. K. Handlcy, of Waitotara, and with breaking and entering Mr. A. H. Parkinson's store at Waitotara and stealing goods and money valued at £25. On the application of the police tho accused were remanded to appear at Wanganui on July 3.
