The steam whaler Hananui 11. arrived from Russell last eveniug towed by the launch Lady Eva. She will be overhauled here preparatory to entering the oyster trade between Auckland and Bluff, The Government lighthouse steamer Matai arrived yesterday afternoon after visiting East Coast lighthouses. Very rough seas were experienced off the Bay of Plenty. She will leave on Monday for northern lighthouses.
The Wingatui will leave Dunedin tomorrow for Oamuru, Tinjaru, Lyttelton, Wellington and Auckland. The Port Woikato is due this morning from Southern ports. Her subsequent movements have not been announced. NGAKUTA FROM NEWCASTLE The Ngakutu, was scheduled to clear Newcastle yesterday afternoon for Auckland and New Plymouth. TFIE CITY OF SALISBURY Tho City of Salisbury, which has been unloading her cargo from New York at King's Wharf, is now expected to sail for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Australia at noon to-day. cargo work having been delayed by wet weather. PORT WHANGAREI FROM TONGA The Port WJiangarei arrived at Nukualofa. at four o'clock on Wednesday afternoon. She was scheduled to tail for Auckland yesterday afternoon and is due here on Tuesday. OMANA'S SCHEDULE The Omann is scheduled to load at Edithburg and Adelaide this week for New Plymouth, Auckland, Lyttelton and Wellington. She will complete her cargo at Melbourne for Auckland. MONOWAI FOR SYDNEY The Monowaj is due from Sydney, via Wellington, at seven o'clock this morning, and will berth at Queen's Wharf. The vessel is scheduled to sail for Sydney direct at 10 o'clcok to-night. WAIRUNA FROM PACIFIC COAST The Wniruna is expected arrive tomorrow evening from Pacific Coast ports, via the Cook Islands. After discharge she will proceed to Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Melbourne and Sydney. COPTIC'S MOVEMENTS Tho Shaw, Savill and Albion motor-ship Coptic, which has beeiii discharging and loading at Queen's Wharf, is expected to sail t.o-morrow afternoon for (Jisborne, Napier, Wellington and Lyttelton to complete her cargo for London. • WESTMORELAND'S LOADING The New Zealand Shipping Company, Limited, have received advice that the Federal Line steamer Westmoreland js now expected to leave Wanganui to-night for Auckland to complete loading for London and West Coast ports of tha United Kingdom. KANNA'S MOVEMENTS The Kannit left New Plymouth shortly after mid-day yesterday and is due here on Sunday morning to complete unloading cargo from Greymouth. She will sail on Monday for Walpole Island, via Noumea, to load for Auckland, Dunedin and Blufl. HAURAKT LEFT VANCOUVER The Hauraki is reported to have cleared Vancouver on Wednesday for Auckland, via San Francisco, Los Angeles. Papeete and Rarotonsa. She is due here about July 2G, and will complete unloading at Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Melbourne and Sydney.
AKAROA FOR LONDON The Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Akaroa. which hua been completing loading to the Agency of A. S. I'aterson and Company, Limited, at Queen's Wharf, is scheduled to sail at five o'clock thin afternoon for London, via Piteaim Island, Panama and Curacao, GOLDEN BEAR DELAYED The Golden Bear, which was due to-day from Pacific Coast ports, has reported that she is meeting rough weather, and her time of arrival is uncertain. After discharging at Auckland, she will proceed to Wellington and Australia. PORT HORART'S SCHEDULE CHANGED The Commonwealth and Dominion Line motor-ship Port Hobarli will now commence loading at Oamaru on July 17, instead of at Nelson. Sho will complete her cargo at Bluff, Lyttelton, Nelson, Wanganui and Wellington, sailing finally for London, via Cape Horn and Dakar, on August 7. CAMBRIDGE LATER As with other vessels loading on the West Coast, the schedule of the Federal Line steamer Cambridge has been amended owing to bad weather, and she will not now leave New Plymouth for Opua until Tuesday. She will proceed from Opija to Auckland to continue loading for London and We?t Coast ports of the United Kingdom, and is due bore about July 7. AELYBRYN'S SULPHUR CARGO Kempthorpe, Prosser and Company's New Zealand Drug Company. Limited, advise that the Aelybryn, which has been chartered to load a cargo of 6000 tons of sulphur at Gulf of Mexico ports, will bring 1800 'tons for Auckland, the remainder being for Lyttelton, Dunedin and Castlecliff. DURHAM FURTHER DELAYED Owing to rain interfering with cargo work, the Federal Line motor-ship Durham, which has been completing loading at Central Wharf, will not now sail for London and West Coast ports of the United Kingdom until to-morrow morning. MARIPOSA FROM SYDNEY The Matson liner Muriposa is due from Sydney to-morrow morning and will berth at Prince's Wharf She has 109 passengers for Auckland, and 216 through passengers, while 104 will join her before she sails for Los Angeles and San Francisco, via Suva, Pago Pago and Honolulu, at one o'clock the same afternoon. PORT GISBORNE'S LOADING Advice has been received by the Farmers' Co.operativo Auctioneering Company, Limited, that the Commonwealth and Dominion Line motor-ship Port Gisborne will not leave New Plymouth for Auckland before noon to-day. The vessel's loading has been delayed by unfavourable weatherT After loading at Auckland, Napier and Wellington, she will sail for London, via Cape Horn and Dakar.
