STUD SHEEP SALES

MERINOS IN DEMAND BETTER PRICES PAID (Received June 2G, 9.45 p.m.) SYDNEY. June 26 At the stud sheep sales to-day the prices paid for Merinos showed a distinct improvement. An extra special two and a-half-year-old Merino ram from Mr. Charles Mills' stud at Hay realised 800 guineas. Two others from the same stud brought 490 and 373 guineas respectively. Mr. Donald Grant,' of Timaru, New Zealand, paid 75 guineas for a Merino ram from Mr. B. S. Falkiner's stud at Warren.
