DELIVERY OF MILK

The delivery of milk before the hours fixed by the Auckland Metropolitan Milk Con noil led to the appearance of Frederick Ernest Avery in the Magistrate's Court before Mr. \V. ft. McKean, S.M., yesterday. He was fined 10s and costs. Another vendor, Charles William Utting, charged with the delivery of milk after hours, said he had applied to the council for a special exemption in his case owing to the indisposition of his wife. The case was adjourned until the matter had come before tho council.
