THE SEEDED PLAYERS BOROTRA'S INTENTIONS (Received June 20, 12.45 a.m.) LONDON, June 19 The 6eedings for the Wimbledon lawn tennis championships, to be begun on June 24, in order of merit are:— Men: Perry, von Cramm, Crawford, xVustin, Allison, Wood, Menzel, Boussus. Women: Miss Round, Mrs. Sperling, Miss Jacobs. Mrs. Wills-Moody, Madame Mathieu, Miss Stammers, Miss Scriven and Miss Hartigan.

Only four doubles pairs have been seeded, namely, Allison and van Ryn, Crawford and Quist, Borotra and Brugnon and Budge and Mako. In the mixed doubles von Cramm and Mrs. Sperling head the list.

A message from Paris says Borotra confirms the fact that he will play in the singles fit imbledon. He says he has no pretensions, but 'will play just for training until he is beaten, which probably will be very early.
