DOMINIONS CONSULTED VIEWS BEING AWAITED LONDON, June 17 In the House of Commons to-day Brigadier-General .T. J. H. Nation (Conservative —Hull East) inquired what action was being taken to put into effect the principal recommendations of the Inter-Departmental Committee on Migration, particularly in relation to the creation of two advisory bodies to replace the Overseas Settlement Committee.
The Dominions Secretary, Mr. J. H. Thomas, replied that action would be considered when the opinions of the overseas Governments had been obtained.
