VANCOUVER STRIKE
LOADING OF AORANGI NON-UNION WORKERS VANCOUVER. June 17 At a mass meeting of waterfront strikers, Messrs. T. Fleming and H. J. Murray, members of tho Aorangi's crew, stated that a cablegram had been sent to tho Australian marine unions asking their views regarding the Aorangi being loaded at Vancouver by non-union workers. The attempted general shipping stoppage on the British Columbian coast failed, as more than half of the marine workers remained at work.
