QUESTION OF DUTIES MR. BALDWIN EXPLAINS LONDON, June 17 The Prime Minister, Mr. Baldwin, was Jisked by the Leader of the Opposition, Mr. George Lansbury, in the House of Commons to-day, about the new Ministers whose duties had not been announced. In reply Mr. Baldwin stated that Mr. Anthony Eden would be specially concerned with' League of Nations work. He believed the appointment would materially strengthen Britain's contribution to international affairs in the direction of the maintenance of world peace. Lord Eustace Percy would concentrate on questions of policy, and would he free from departmental responsibilities. No conclusion had been reached regarding the salaries of these Ministers, but the estimates would be submitted later..
