ACCIDENTAL DEATH

GIRL CYCLIST KILLED COLLISION WITH MOTOR-CAR [BY TELEGRAPH —PBESS ASSOCIATION] CHMSTCHUKCH, Tuesday A verdict of accidental . death was returned by the coroner at an inquest regarding the death of Ngaire Dorothea Whitta, aged 14, daughter of Mr. H. B. Whitta. The girl died in the Christchurch Hospital on June 9 from injuries received when she was knocked off a bicycle by a motor-car driven by Miss H. R. Buchanan. The police in evidence stated that there was no doubt that the cyclist cut a corner badly. The car had been on the proper side.
