CERTIFICATES AWARDED The chief commissioner for the Dominion of the St. John Ambulance Brigade Overseas, Colonel G. Barclay, has approved the 'appointment of Mr. Charjes Webster to cadet superintendent, and Mr. A. Livingston to cadet secretary, of JLhc Gisborne Cadet Ambulance Division. Certificates for five years' efficient service have been awarded as follows: Otahuhu Railway Division. —Sergeant G. E. Jackson, Privates S. E. Bishop and F. A. Blackford. Hamilton Ambulance Division. —Privates R. Mervyn, S. J. Burgess and G. T. Chalmers. National Reserve Nursing Division. — Ambulance-Sisters M. Cork, E. Price and E. Johnston. Epsom Cadet Nursing Division. — Lady Cadet-Superintendent W. J.
