The following are the material provisions of the Lease:—Term: Twenty-one years with right of renewal for three further terms of twenty-one years (making eighty-four years in all); lessee to have the option of the rent being fixed by valuation at the end of each twenty-one year period or of the new lease being put up to public auction.
