CATHOLIC EDUCATIONIST VISIT TO UNITED STATES [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Saturday The Rev. Father John Higgins, until recently vice-rector of St. Patrick's College. Wellington, and director of Roman Catholic studies in Wellington, will leave for Canada and the United States in August to attend the Catholic University in Washington for the purpose of further study in the scienca of sociology and to make fuller quaintance with modern social problems.
