NEW ZEALAND INTERESTS THE TRADE POSITION r TORONTO, June 6 In an address to members of the Canadian Manufacturers' Association at their annual convention at Hamilton, Ontario, Mr. J. W. Collins, NewZealand Trade Commissioner in Canada, advocated more closely balanced trade between the two countries. He pointed out that the treaty was more helpful to Canadian manufacturers than to New Zealand, as the latter was essentially a primary producer.
