FLYING OVER CHURCH

QUESTION OF NUISANCE The question of a nuisance being caused by aeroplanes flying over tho church at Mosgiel on Sundays was again raised at the last meeting of the Dunedin Presbytery, when the Rev. J. 1). Smith reported that the Public Questions Committee had obtained a legal opinion on tho matter. It appeared from this that no legal action could be taken unless the Presbytery had specific evidence of a disturbance being caused. Arrangements have been made to have observers posted to note and report on Sunday flying over the Mosgiel Church.
