MOTORIST KILLED

CAR OVER A PRECIPICE DELHI. May 10 Sir Charles Kendall, acting-Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court, was killed when his motor-car fell over n 300 ft. precipice on a mountain road at Nainital. He was formerly a resident of Melbourne. The other occupants of the car escaped.
