A charge of stealing an overcoat valued at £2 10s, the property of Donald Anthony O'Hara at Auckland on May 2 was preferred against Arthur Reginald Borland, aged 42, labourer, before Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., in the Police Court on Saturday.
