VESSEL FOR NORWAY
LAUNCHING IN BRITAIN (Received Mny 1. (5.5 p.m.)' British Wireless RUGBY, April 30 The tanker Moira (2240 tons dead weight and 245 ft. in length), the largest all-welded ocean-going vessel ever built in Britain was launched to-day at Swan and Hunter's Yard, Wallsend, for the Dampskibsselskabet Marna of Oslo.
