SOCIAL PROGRAMME THE ROYAL TOURNAMENT (Received May 1, G. 5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY. April 30 The London season which opened at the beginning of this week will contain an 1 exceptional number of social and spectacular events. One of the earliest and most popular of the annual items is tho Royal tournament at Olympia when brilliant entertainment is invariably provided by contingents from tho Navy, Army and Air Force. This tournament will begin on May 9. The Prince of Wales will act as deputy for the. King at the opening ceremony.
